Pets

Due to the fact that some clients have medical conditions that make them especially vulnerable to cat and dog fur, we have determined that is in the best interest of clients to exclude domestic animals.

Check-in/check-out times

You may check-in any time after 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Cancellations

We will gladly cancel your reservation without penalty or charge if you notify us by noon, local time the day of arrival.

Amenities

What are your front desk hours?

The Guesthouse Inn has front desk hours 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Generally, check-in begins at 2 pm, and check-out is at 12 noon.

Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport?

We provide our own shuttle services to and from the airport, on the weekends. The airport's shuttle can be used during the week, and Gueshouse Inn will cover a portion of the shuttle fee. Guests will only have to pay a reduced fee of $15 for the service.

Yes. Because of our close proximity to several hospitals, we provide those patients and their families a discounted rate.

Pets

What is your pet policy?

In order to ensure that our hotel stay as clean and quiet as possible for all of our guests, we do not allow pets except assisted-living canines. If you are traveling with a pet, the hotel may be able to assist you with finding a nearby kennel.
